The Hive Building will house the main office and distribution center of Granstar Holdings Corp. – the official distributor of Vespa and Aprilla brand.

The graphic façade reflects the concept of a hive as associated with a Vespa – “wasp.” The overall building will have green design features and energy efficient design.

The first 2 floors will feature office spaces and a showroom while the remaining floors will house a boutique hotel. Inspired by the hive pattern, the building will showcase green design features and energy efficient design.
