TSG ASIA transformed the 50-year-old Connon Hall Building into a modern student center, housing important university facilities including the University Medical Clinic, the Office for Counseling and Career Services (OCCS), and the Office of Student Affairs. Additionally, the 5-story structure accommodates the workplaces of various student organizations, such as the University Student Government, the Council of Student Organizations, the Student Media Groups, and the University’s performing groups under the Culture and Arts Office.

To enhance the student experience, the interior design incorporated non-linear and irregular glass walls, creating a dynamic and vibrant ambiance. Traditional individual workstations were replaced with informal breakout furniture, fostering a collaborative environment.
