The architectural concept of the building draws inspiration from the rich heritage of the surrounding Batangas community, specifically the traditional “bahay-na-bato” houses. Embracing the essence of the local culture, the main edifice boasts a modern art piece that beautifully interprets the province’s iconic coconut groves.

In harmony with the environment, the design incorporates climate-conscious elements. By strategically orienting the structure, large overhangs, and the inclusion of operable windows, the building ensures optimal ventilation and ample entry of natural daylight. This approach echoes the wisdom of traditional Filipino houses, promoting energy efficiency and creating a comfortable and sustainable space for learning and collaboration.
