TSG Asia was commissioned to renovate the Br. Gabriel Connon Hall, a five-story building that was 50 years old, to better serve the university community. The renovation aimed to accommodate crucial university services like the University Clinic, the Office for Counseling and Career Services (OCCS), and the Office of Student Affairs. Additionally, the hall now serves as the central hub for various student organizations, including the University Student Government and the Council of Student Organizations. It also provides workspace for student media groups and the University’s performing arts groups under the Culture and Arts Office. On the ground floor, there is the Waldo Perfecto Seminar Room available for use.
