The Spark offers a lively and inspiring environment. Modern laboratories, designed to facilitate both solo and group projects, immerse students in hands-on learning experiences.

The ground floor welcomes visitors and students alike with a large alfresco student hub, offering views of the student parkway and the upcoming sports complex. The second to fourth floor offers various practical laboratories while the fifth floor will house the Learning Commons or library.

A defining architectural element of The Spark is its facade with “dancing” vertical sunshades. More than a mere decorative feature, these sunshades epitomize the building’s lively spirit, providing efficient sun shade.
