The Blue Ridge Residences is a build and sell project by a Client who owned a prime property with exceptional views of the Antipolo mountains. The project was composed of two (2) high end houses. The design strategy was to use large, picture windows in order to maximize views.

Both houses featured modern, minimalist architecture and was pre-sold before it was finished.
