The Ponderosa residence is a Mediterranean themed second home for a Filipino balikbayan. The house features open planning interiors in which the living, dining and kitchen flow seamlessly. The L-shaped floor plan allows a large side garden where the couple enjoys planting organic vegetables and flowers.
